Job Description:

• The position is responsible for payroll processing, filling statutory returns and other third-party payments in line with KCM policies and Zambian Laws.
  Manage monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with HR department
  Process payroll inputs in SAP
  Review Computation of Taxes/Personal Levy and file returns in line with the law
  Review Computation of NHIMA and file returns in line with the law
  Review Computation of Pensions/NAPSA and file returns in line with the law
  Review/Post manpower provisions
  Prepare GL to payroll reconciliations
  Prepare payroll Reports

Qualification/Work Experience:

• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
  Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Payroll processing
  Excellent understanding of SAP accounting system
  Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
  Minimum years of 3-5 relevant experience preferably in a mining environment
