Job Description:

• Responsible for the accurate preparation, consolidation, and analysis of Financial Reports in line with IFRS, KCM accounting Policies, and regulatory requirements. The role will also ensure timely delivery of high quality financial information to support the strategic goals.
  ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS.
  Ensure compliance with all IFRS standards, keeping up with update. new
  Support statutory audits coordinate with external auditors. and
  Manage accounting policies and disclosures.
  Analyse key financial metrics and provide insights to management.
  Liaise with internal departments in corporate for accurate reporting (e.g. school, hospital, legal, HR & Admin).
  

Qualification/Work Experience:

• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
  Strong knowledge and hands-on experience
  with IFRS
  Experience in consolidation, statements, and audit financial
  Excellent understanding of accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred)
  Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
  Minimum years of 3-5 relevant experience
