Job Description:

• Develop and deliver competency-based training programs in welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication procedures.
  Create training manuals and materials aligned with FQMs technical standards.
  Conduct both theoretical and practical assessments to measure trainee progress.
  Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  Provide ongoing mentorship and support to learners.
  Maintain accurate training records and generate progress reports.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Craft certificate or diploma in metal fabrication, welding or a related field
  Minimum of 5 years experience in metal fabrication training or industrial welding.
  Proven ability to deliver hands-on training in a mining or heavy industry environment.
  Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance procedures.
  Previous experience working in a mine site or high-risk environment is an added advantage.
  Must possess or be willing to obtain medical and safety clearance certificates from the Occupational Health and Safety Institute.
