Job Description:

  • Shape the HR environment: Translate strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives, support organizational design, and lead change management
    Drive talent management: Partner with managers to identify, develop, and retain nigh potential employees, build succession plans and career pathways that strengthen our leadership pipeline.
    Boost employee engagement & productivity: Champion initiatives that enhance workplace culture, resolve grievances effectively, and ensure employees feel valued and motivated
    Lead performance management: Embed the performance review process, coach managers and employees, and ensure quality checks on performance plans. Provide Insights that drive continuous improvement and accountability.
    Support recruitment & onboarding. Guilde manpower planning, interviews, pay strategy, and induction to ensure smooth Integration of new talent.
    Fuel learning & development: Identify training needs, monitor effectiveness, and recommend improvements to build future-ready skills
    Champion rewards & recognition: Educate managers on pay strategies, incentive schemes, and payroll policies to ensure fairness and consistency
    Guide employee transitions. Manage exits, contract renewals, and restructure communications with empathy and professionalism

Qualification/Work Experience:

  • 5-years of formal work experience, with at least 3 years in HR [project management or HR support)
    Strong grasp of local labour laws, HR regulations, and best practices.
    Must be a registered member of ZIHRM
    Degree in HR Management or equivalent, plus project or
    business management experience.
