Job Description:

• Monitoring and control: Use computer systems, control panels, and displays to monitor equipment and ensure processes are running correctly.
  Data analysis: Interpret real-time data and analytics to make decisions and maintain operational efficiency.
  Responding to incidents: Act quickly to respond to alarms, system anomalies, or emergencies, and initiate corrective actions or emergency response measures.
  Coordination: Communicate with field operators, maintenance teams, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation.
  Record keeping: Keep accurate logs and records of operational data, equipment status, and any incidents.
  Safety compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, conduct equipment checks, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Grade 12 Certificate with passes in English and Mathematics.
  Diploma/Certificate in Security Management or Transport & Logistics or Information and
  Communication Technology or any related field.
  Strong communication skills (clear and confident).
  At least 1 year of work experience in a control room environment, preferably in security,
  logistics, or fleet monitoring. New Graduates are also encouraged to apply with or no work
  experience.
  Proficient in GPS tracking systems and route monitoring software.
  Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and real-time reporting tools).
  Ability to compile daily, weekly, and incident reports.
  High level of attention to detail.
  Must be willing to work shift patterns, weekends, and public holidays.
