Job Description:

• inspect the vehicle before and after each trip.
  Fill out the driver defect book daily.
  Submit reports indicating the vehicle’s condition.
  Assist with loading and offloading the truck when necessary.
  Obtain and safeguard all truck documents and cargo paperwork, including proof of delivery with customer signatures.
  Comply with traffic laws and all driving regulations to ensure timely and safe delivery of cargo.
  Position the truck correctly for loading and offloading and cooperate with the crew during these processes.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Valid Class C, C1/CE, PSV Driver’s License.
  Age between 25 and 30 years.
  Minimum of 3 years’ work experience as a Driver.
  Clear and checkable references.
  Grade Nine (9) certificate.
  Defensive driving skills.
  Valid eye test results.
  Police clearance certificate.
  Fingerprints (for verification purposes).
  High level of honesty and integrity.
  Good verbal and written communication skills
