Job Description:

  • Execute end-to-end B2B sales activities, including lead qualification, presentations, proposals, and deal closure.
    Warm and nurture existing leads using structured follow-up, CRM tracking, and personalised engagement.
    Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
    Prepare and issue quotations, sales proposals, and client documentation.
    Conduct effective product demonstrations and negotiate commercial terms.
    Maintain CRM discipline, ensuring all interactions, tasks, and opportunities are up to date.
    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
    Build and sustain long-term customer relationships that drive retention and referrals.
    Gather and report market intelligence, competition activity, and customer insights.
    Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
    Uphold a high standard of professionalism, ethical behaviour, and sober decision-making.

Qualification/Work Experience:

  • 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
    Demonstrated track record of independent deal closing.
    Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven follow-up processes.
    Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and communication skills.
    Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is an added advantage.
