- Manages effectively human resource management functions in order to enhance
staff morale and optimise utilization of human resource.
Manages effectively human resource planning and forecasting in order to
maintain an optimum number of staff.
Manages effectively the human resource development functions in order to
facilitate staff development and enhance performance.
Manages effectively provision of administrative and logistical support services in
order to facilitate efficient and effective operations.
Manages periodically relations with Labour Unions and employees in order to
maintain industrial harmony in the institution.
Manages effectively the interpretation of Terms and Conditions of Service in
order to ensure compliance.
Manages effectively implementation of cross cutting programmes in order to
ensure inclusivity.
Manages effectively the development and implementation of staff welfare and
wellness programmes in order to promote employee wellbeing.
Manages effectively the development of work plans and implementation of the
performance management system in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance
performance.
Manages effectively human, financial and other resources in order to facilitate
attainment of set objectives.
Qualification/Work Experience:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration or its equivalent
Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
Minimum relevant experience 8 years 2 years must be at managerial level
Able to write comprehensive reports
Able to communicate effectively in English
