Job Description:

  • Undertakes effectively human resource management functions in order to
    enhance staff morale and optimize utilization of human capital.
    Undertakes effectively human resource planning and forecasting in order to
    maintain an optimum number of staff.
    Undertakes effectively the human resource development functions in order to
    facilitate staff development and enhance performance.
    Undertakes effectively preparation of payroll inputs in order to facilitate payments
    of personal emoluments.
    Undertakes effectively the interpretation of Terms and Conditions of Service in
    order to ensure compliance.
    Undertakes effectively the maintenance of Humana Resource Information
    System in order to facilitate storage and retrieval of information.
    Undertakes effectively the implementation of staff welfare and wellness
    programmes in order to promote employee wellbeing.
    Supervises effectively the provision of administrative and logistical services in
    order to facilitate service delivery.
    Supervises effectively the development of work plans and implementation of
    performance management systems in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance
    performance.
    Supervises effectively human and other resources in order to facilitate attainment
    of set objectives.

Qualification/Work Experience:

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate.
    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
    Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
    Minimum relevant pre-job experience 3 years
    Able to write comprehensive reports
    Able to communicate effectively in English
