Preparing and arranging meat cuts and products in the display counter to ensure they are visually appealing and attract customers.
Cutting, trimming, boning, tying, and grinding meats including beef, pork, poultry, and fish to prepare them for cooking.
Wrapping, weighing, labeling, and pricing meat cuts.
Shaping, lacing, and tying roasts using a boning knife, skewers, and twine.
Receiving, inspecting, and storing meat deliveries to ensure product quality.
Cleaning and maintaining the shop area.
Qualification/Work Experience:
Grade 12 certificate (with pass in 5 subjects)
Less than 1 year experience or on the job training
