Job Description:

• • Plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment, ranging from general
  tools to heavy production machinery
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to minimise
  downtime and production losses
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the maintenance team to ensure high performance and accountability
  • Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and quality standards
  • Liaise with production and management teams to support operational efficiency
  • Prepare maintenance reports and provide technical advice to management
  

Qualification/Work Experience:

• • Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits in Mathematics, English, Physics, and Chemistry
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial
  environment
  • Hands-on experience with roll-forming, steel production, or similar heavy industrial equipment will
  be a distinct advantage
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication abilities
