Job Description:

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons.
  
  Prepare and maintain a well-organized, stimulating learning environment.
  
  Support childrens cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  
  Observe, assess, and document learners progress.
  
  Encourage independence, confidence, and self-directed learning.
  
  Develop and maintain learner portfolios and classroom records.
  
  Communicate effectively with parents and guardians on learners development.
  
  Uphold child safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
  
  Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  
  Montessori experience is a strong advantage.
  
  Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) registration.
  
  Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in early childhood setting.
  
  Strong understanding of child development and child-centred learning.
  
  Excellent communication and classroom management skills
