Job Description:

• We are currently looking for experienced and certified heavy equipment operators and technicians to join our team for an upcoming project. If you have the relevant experience and certifications, we want to hear from you.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• 1. Blasting Technicians (2 Positions)
  Certified Blasting Technician with valid blasting certification/license.
  Proven experience in operational blasting (quarry, mining, or construction).
  Knowledge of safe handling, storage, and charging of explosives.
  Ability to conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  
  2. Excavator Drivers / Operators (2 Positions)
  Experienced in operating heavy excavators.
  Skilled in both digging and breaker (hydraulic hammer) operations.
  Ability to work on uneven terrain and tight spaces.
  Basic maintenance knowledge and pre-start checks.
  
  3. Dump Truck & Truck Drivers (4 Positions)
  Proven experience driving heavy dump trucks and commercial trucks on site.
  Valid Driver’s License.
  Clean driving record.
  Knowledge of site safety and haul road procedures.
  
  4. Driver – Commuter Vehicles (1 Position)
  Experienced in driving commuter vehicles (minibuses/coasters) for staff transport.
  Must be familiar with the roads, traffic patterns, and routes within Zambia.
  Valid Passenger/Crew Transport Permit (if applicable).
  Defensive driving skills and punctuality.
  
  5. Modular Drilling Rig Operators (2 Positions)
  Experienced in operating modern modular drilling rigs.
  Knowledge of drilling techniques for rock or soil.
  Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on rigs.
  Safety-conscious and physically fit.
  
  General Requirements (For All Positions)
  Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  Certifications: Valid certifications/licenses relevant to your specific role.
  Language: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
  Physical: Must be fit to work in a demanding site environment.
