Site Supervision: Lead, coordinate, and supervise teams of masons, laborers, and technicians on a daily basis.
Construction Execution: Oversee and participate in block work, concrete casting, slab laying, curbstone placement, and foundation works.
Quality & Safety: Ensure all work adheres strictly to project drawings, quality standards, and site safety guidelines.
Resource Management: Coordinate the supply and usage of materials, tools, and equipment; monitor site stock to prevent wastage and theft.
Infrastructure Installation: Supervise the installation of structural elements, including bases for pole lights, billboards, and other civil utilities.
Technical Guidance: Troubleshoot site challenges and provide clear technical direction to the workforce.
Reporting: Document daily progress, labor attendance, and material consumption, reporting directly to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Qualification/Work Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction (commercial or infrastructure projects).
Valid OSHA safety certification (or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
