Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, and other labour obligations.
Monitor employee welfare, accommodation, and logistics arrangements where applicable.
Prepare HR reports on staffing levels, tumover, absenteeism, and other workforce metrics.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Human Resource Manager, Administration Manager or Mine Manager.
Qualification/Work Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
Knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws and employment regulations.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
ZIHRM membership.
Grade 12 certificate.
