Job Description:

• Receive, inspect, and verify goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  Record all stock movements accurately in inventory systems.
  Maintain proper storage and labelling of parts, tools, and materials.
  Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  Monitor stock levels and notify procurement for replenishment.
  Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles are followed where applicable.
  Issue materials to workshop, tyre bay, and other departments as requested.
  Maintain accurate records of stock issued and received.
  File and manage all store-related documentation.
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stores area.
  Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper handling of materials.
  Support safe storage of hazardous materials where applicable.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
  Certificate or Diploma in Stores/Inventory Management is an added advantage.
  Proven experience in stores or inventory role (preferably in logistics/workshop).
  Skills & Competencies
  Attention to detail and accuracy.
  Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems).
  Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.n
  Integrity and reliability.
