Job Description:

• Supervise daily workshop bay activities and staff.
  Allocate tasks and monitor job progress.
  Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
  Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
  Verify adherence to maintenance procedures and specifications.
  Enforce safety protocols in the bays.
  Ensure proper use of PPE and tools.
  Report and address hazards promptly.
  Coordinate with stores, tyre bay, and management for parts and job scheduling.
  Maintain records of work completed and report performance metrics.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Diploma or Trade certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  Minimum 3–5 years' workshop experience, including supervisory role.
