Job Description:

• Supervise movement of trucks across borders.
  Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
  Ensure adherence to customs and regulatory requirements.
  Liaise with clearing agents, border runners and border authorities.
  Guide drivers on border procedures and requirements.
  Resolve delays or issues at border points.
  Track truck movements and turnaround times.
  Report delays, incidents, and performance metrics.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
  Minimum 3 years' experience in cross-border logistics.
  Member of CILT
  Skills & Competencies
  Strong knowledge of customs procedures.
  Communication and negotiation skills.
  Ability to work under pressure.
  Working Conditions
  Field-based role with frequent travel to border points.
  May involve irregular hours depending on operations.
