Job Description:

• Lead and supervise the engineering team to achieve operational excellence.
  Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset reliability.
  Ensure engineering projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  Authorize work only when budgets are approved, scopes are clearly defined, and contracts and purchase orders are valid.
  Manage contractor relationships, ensuring all engagements have proper approvals and compliance.
  Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and safe work systems.
  Control engineering budgets with a focus on cost-effectiveness and financial discipline.
  Provide regular reports on project progress, capital expenditures, and maintenance performance.
  Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes and execution standards.
