• Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, billboards, company profiles, and sales presentations.
  Create compelling visual content for land sales and property development projects.
  Maintain brand consistency across all company communications and marketing materials.
  Design promotional materials for exhibitions, activations, roadshows, and property showcases.
  
  Digital Marketing Content Creation
  
  Develop creative content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
  Create graphics, animations, infographics, and digital advertisements.
  Design engaging social media posts that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  Assist with email marketing templates and digital newsletters.
  
  Photography & Videography
  Capture and edit high-quality property, event, and corporate photographs.
  Produce promotional videos, virtual property tours, and customer testimonial videos.
  Enhance visual content for marketing and advertising purposes.
  
  Website & Online Presence
  Design website graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
  Support website updates with optimized visual content for desktop and mobile platforms.
  
  Marketing Campaign Support
  
  Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop creative campaign concepts.
  Support property launches, promotions, and lead generation initiatives.
  
  Print Production & Content Management
  
  Coordinate with printers, media partners, and advertising agencies.
  Review proofs and ensure quality standards are met before publication.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, or a related field.
  Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, digital content creation, or a related role.
  Experience in real estate, property development, advertising, or marketing agencies will be an added advantage.
