Job Description:

• Check system records to confirm non-performing loans, identify underlying issues, and propose practical repayment solutions
  Engage clients proactively through physical visits, calls, texts, and emails to negotiate repayment plans and secure commitments
  Maintain positive client relationships by providing advice and support to help clients manage debt responsibly and sustain payments
  Track customer payments, ensure compliance with agreed arrangements, and prevent defaults
  Follow established collection processes while identifying areas for improvement to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
  Update system records with accurate notes after each client interaction and document agreements reached
  Support preparation of performance reports and collection records
  Provide daily updates to the Delinquency Manager on recovery progress and collection trends

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  Debt recovery training or certification is an added advantage
  Minimum 1 year experience in debt recovery, collections, or a similar role
  Ability to engage clients clearly and persuasively
  Strong negotiation and repayment arrangement skills
  Professionalism and empathy when dealing with clients
  Knowledge of debt collection legislation and professional standards
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, debt management systems, and report
